Description: A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any spacial or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu technique, regardless of power, without harming the user. This technique also has an offensive use. Should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individuals body. This technique absorbs 8 chakra points for every post in contact with the enemy. Also when absorbing a technique you can only have it for 3 post.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to seal a nearby fire into a scroll. The user writes the seal on a scroll and then performs the required hand seals. This causes a vapor to appear from the scroll, enveloping the fire and sealing it on the scroll as the kanji for seal.

Description: This jutsu produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time. The flow of chakra will be disturbed until the person who put the seal on you is dead or you get the seal taken off. For every time you have to the seal on all jutsu will cost an extra 4 chakra points.

Name: Five Seals Barrier

Description: This technique creates a barrier around a place by placing four "Forbidden" (禁, kin) tags around a fifth. The only way to remove the barrier is by removing all five tags simultaneously. Not only would this require a group of at least five people, it also requires an immense search, since the four tags can be scattered in any direction, as far as 800 meters from the fifth seal. This makes breaking through this barrier almost impossible.

Did you make this one up? That is a bad seal. ^_^ What about the enemy gets stuck to the ground (meaning: Stuck to the seal)
That would have more of a sealing characteristics of locking something up with Time & Space.
