Jutsu learning rules.

-When learning a summoning or an S-rank jutsu your rp has to be sixteen paragraphs long

-when learning a A-rank jutsu your rp on learning the jutsu needs to be fourteen paragraphs long Unless being taught by another person u will only need 10

-when learning a B-rank jutsu your rp on learninig the jutsu has to be twelve paragraphs long Unless being taught by another person u will only need 8

-when learning a C-rank jutsu your rp on learning the jutsu has to be ten paragraphs long Unless being taught by another person you will only need 6

-when learning a D-rank jutsu your rp on learning the jutsu has to be eight paragraphs long Unless being taught by another person you will only need 4

-when learning a E-rank jutsu your rp on learning the jutsu has to be six paragraphs long Unless being taught by another person you will only need 4
