Personality: A person who often is on a happy mood and laughs and tells jokes. He also loves to perform pranks on people. Not much of a genius type and has a hard time being serious.

History: Naito is an old friend to Jouchi Fumito. They have known each other since ninja academy and they have always hung out togheter. Sometimes Naito got in trouble for his pranks, which was not appreciated by everyone. But he was lucky to get protection of Jouchi. In return he helped Jouchi to recruit friends, since Jouchi didn't have any people skills.
